Explore the concept of seva (sanskrit for ‘selfless service) and how we can deepen our relationship with ourselves and our community through the practice of yoga. Through the practice of seva, we are able to implement service into all areas of our lives. How will you share your heart?

Love in Action is about cultivating a life that includes fun and meaningful service that we can bring home to ourselves, our loved ones, and our neighborhoods. There will also be plenty of time for connecting through adventures in the lush Costa Rican landscape plus relaxation by the pool, at the spa, or in a hammock with a book!

This 7-day adventure takes place in the volcanic lake jungle near La Fortuna at a biodynamic regenerative farm and medicinal plant sanctuary. Together, we’ll explore life changing and heart opening acts of service through: 

• Community: exciting and educational volunteer work with the local community

• Self Compassion: how to act compassionately on your mat to create a lifelong practice 

• Relationships: connecting to others in a heart-led way

All Meals

Our lodge is on a sustainable farm, so all meals are farm-to-table fresh: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dietary preferences are happily accommodated!

Daily Yoga

Enjoy pre-breakfast and evening yoga. Tawny and Jessica will balance out your day with energizing and restorative practices as needed. All props and mats provided!

2 direct-impact volunteer experiences

The first, working with animals at the wildlife sanctuary Proyecto Asis; the second with The Real Costa Rica - working with the locals on a reforestation project. Afterwards we’ll enjoy a home-hosted meal with our new friends!
