Casa Luna
Each room in Casa Luna has a private bathroom. When you step outside of your room you will enjoy a second floor wrap-around porch with hammocks and stunning views of the surrounding hills and mountains. Downstairs you will find an open-air lounge area, with comfortable couches and chairs plus coffee and tea setup.

Casita Deluxe
Each casita has a private bathroom, an outdoor sitting area, and coffee and tea setup. These bungalows are perfect for a private and relaxing getaway. You will enjoy the peaceful sounds of the rainforest when you wake up every morning!

Casa de Barro
An adobe “earth-bag”house made from the deep red clay found on the farm. The building materials make it feel like this house is a natural extension of the land. Its thick clay walls and multiple windows allow the room to maintain a comfortable temperature. Private setting, private bathroom, but close to the rest of the resort!

Domo Suite
Handmade by master artisans to give you a unique experience of the rainforest. The bedroom opens to an arched connection to a separate domed bathroom, where the shower opens fully to the glories of the rainforest. At night, the lights from the Dome radiate through little glass cutaways in the walls, adding yet more magic to the rainforest.

Cost does not include: flights to and from San José, optional spa services, alcoholic beverages, gratuity for eco-lodge staff. Included meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner - specialty diets are no problem! If you wish to room with a friend/partner, let us know when we discuss room arrangements in our first email exchange. Once you place a deposit, the balance due will be set to charge in equal installments starting the month after deposit through August 20, 2023, unless other arrangements are made. Payment plans are available!
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail. The $500 deposit is non-refundable.
Up to 90 days prior to the start date of the retreat guests who cancel will be refunded 50% of their payment minus the non-refundable deposit and any associated fees. Deposit can be transferred.
90 - 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat: guests who cancel will be refunded 25% of their payment minus the non-refundable deposit and any associated fees. Deposits cannot be transferred.
60 days or less prior to the start date of the retreat: guests will not receive any kind of refund payment. No partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Deposits cannot be transferred.
Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of $500 reserves your spot on the retreat, or you can pay your balance in full. Plan to complete the full balance by August 20, 2023.
Once you place a deposit, the balance due will be set to charge in equal installments starting the month after deposit through August 20, 2023, unless other arrangements are made.
Payment plans are available. Email retreats@blackswanyoga.com to set up your payment plan. Your final payment must be received no later than August 20, 2023.
Passport:
Please ensure that you have a valid passport and necessary travel documents required for entering the country of the Retreat. It’s typical that your passport must be valid for up to 3 months after your return date.
